Do I need a username and password for Diskos2.0 Public Portal?
Yes, you will need a username and password if you are going to order Well Data or Seismic Data. To register for ordering data, click on register at Diskos.com. If you want access for Search and Production Data only, please go to Diskos.com. Then choose Public Portal and follow the instructions.
What is Identity Federation and how do I setup for my company?
Identity Federation provides the security and convenience of using your company’s username and password when accessing Diskos2.0, saving you the need to remember additional usernames and passwords. If your username is removed from your company, it is automatically disabled in Diskos2.0 without further action from you.
To setup Identity Federation for your organization, email landmarksupport@halliburton.com and we will provide you step by step instructions.
How do I get access to Diskos 2.0 if my company is not Federated?
If you are a member company, please fill in Diskos User Form, get it signed by your Diskos Representative and send to landmarksupport@halliburton.com. This form can be requested from landmarksupport@halliburton.com.

Is there an API for accessing Diskos Content?
Yes, there is an API available for Diskos2.0 members. This API provides REST/Webservice access to well, seismic and production metadata, including ordering and downloading data. For access to this API, please contact landmarksupport@halliburton.com
What are the prices for Diskos services?
Please contact NPD. The prices for Diskos2.0 services are sent to each company’s Diskos Representative contact by NPD. If questions related to Diskos optional services delivered by Landmark, please contact Landmark Customer Support (landmarksupport@halliburton.com)

How do I download data?
Within the Application, registered users can search and download Well and Seismic data. This is done by adding the desired items to the cart icon and submitting your order. Once your data is available for download, you will receive an email notification. You can also view the status in the MyOrder page and download via the download link.

How can a trusted 3rd party company submit data to Diskos2.0?
A trusted 3rd party company can contact Diskos Operations, to have data loaded for any Diskos member company.
3rd party company contact Diskos Operations via email to Diskos_Seismic@halliburton.com including this information:
Survey Name
Data Owner Company
Contact Person in Data Owner Company, including Contact Details
Contact Person in 3rd Party Company, including Contact Details
Diskos Operator creates a Load Job in the Dropsite.
Diskos Operator provides the Upload URL to 3rd party company for uploading the data.
(This URL is valid for 12 hours and for Upload only)3rd party Company uploads the data to the Dropsite staging area and notify Diskos_Seismic@halliburton.com and the Contact Person in Data Owner Company when done.
Diskos Operator or Member Company uses Dropsite to continue the Load Job previously created.
Note: Data is retained in the staging area for 7 days.
Alternatively, a member company can have a trusted 3rd party upload data on their behalf following these steps:
Member Company DataManager creates a Load Job in the Dropsite.
Member Company provides the Upload URL to 3rd party company for uploading the data.
(This URL is valid for 12 hours and for Upload only)3rd party Company uploads the data to the Dropsite staging area.
Member Company uses Dropsite to continue the Load Job previously created.
Note: Data is retained in the staging area for 7 days.
